I thought id just give you a little bit of info about what I've got planned for threads in the coming weeks and months.

I started a game today and will write about everything, what type of training I use, what tweaks in games I do. How I change things based on scout reports, forced changes due to inuries. Changes I have to make due to going a goal down. Along with a lot more things, so basically you will see how I create tactics, maintain them, get my players to improve. This project is quite a task and will take some time to complete, especially due to all the writing it involves. But it should make a good thread, well at least I'm hoping it will.

I hope to finish the tweaking guide I started today, in the next month at the latest too.

Maybe create a single thread, for all the people who don't want to discuss their tactic in detail. This way its just 1 thread and people can post their tactic in it, with as little info as they please. That way it might stop the forum being cluttered with closed topics about tactics that are not very detailed.

Finish the mentality guide I created a while back, I've done some of it but its wording it whats the problem at the minute. I'm also trying to make this a video guide too, to illustrate what I mean and show you exactly how it works.

Video guides, these are something I am trying to do more off atm, but again its complicated and not as straight forward as writing stuff down. However they get the point across better, so hopefully its something you will see more of from me next year.

Competitions, a bit of light hearted fun and banter by doing various scenarios, projects etc set by me and Rashidi. We haven't discussed this at lenghts, but we have discussed it a little bit and agreed we would focus on doing something more fun like this. Something thats not too easy but easy enought for you not to get ****ed off etc. As we reconise things can be a bit much at times and not everyone likes to read big essays

I got more planned too, but ill leave discussing that for now. So as you can see, we have a bit planned in the coming months
