Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

the club: my beloved leicester city
the season: 09/10
the division: championship

after suffering my first ever relegation on FM, i decided a complete tactical overhaul was in order as my team never looked at one point in the season like they stay up no matter what i tried.

so i spent a good few hours reading the tactical framework threads i developed a number of different tactics using global mentality settings, rot settings, and settings of my own.
the results: utter cack.
no wins and a couple of draws... each tactic getting a four or five game run. Yes i could give them more time but they have really been ****-poor.

So now i plead to you; my fellow FMers. help me create a tactic that will get me promoted as my board, my fans, and myself expects.

My players definately have the quality to get me out of this league and below are screenies of their defensive and offensive qualities.

defence
attack

thanks for any help in advance

cheers.

if you want you could try my 4-2-3-1 (in this forum as 4-2-3-1 development)
and by the way ROT has been shown as a serioulsy
flawed tactic. my tactic is available for download at fmdownloads in the fm2007 tactics file and is saved as something like 4231 V7 aston villa nov 2007 tac.

hope this helps:thup:
