Well maybe we use the descriptions differently:
Personality seems to be decided by a compilation of a players mental attributes. A balanced played for instance, has below 15 in all his mental attributes. When he reach 15 he gets the "Fairly X" tag, where X is the attribute he has improved in. Just seen it happen to my young keeper 10 min. ago. Went from "Balanced" to "Fairly Determined. He is being tutored by a "Fairly Determined" senior player.
The complicated stuff is "Light-hearted", "Resilient" and so on. These desciptions are used for players who have several high mental attributes (I guess "Light hearted" is for players who has high pressure and ?, well something else...). Hope this clear up the misunderstanding!
Their is a full description of player personalities somewhere in this forum - I don't want to take credit for someone elses hard testing!
