It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

So I have this young midfielder with low professionelism. My OMC, Sneider - which is very professionel, can tutor him , will the kid mental stats raise if I pick " X player is ideal role model".

Yes - If a young player with low professionalism is learning from a professionel senior player, he is likely to gain a certain amount of professionalism.

the outside of the foot means that a player can use the outside of his foot when playing passes or shooting, this can be effective when he can use this ability on his strongest foot rather than having to use his opposite weaker foot

not necessarily the case, i brought a young brazilian keeper who was "similar to dida" in his profile ..tried to get dida to tutor the youngster, he wasnt having any of it..

I agree with skanky - when it comes to tutoring, there is no garanties.

That is only good. When I use tutoring it is more often that not, because I want the youngster to change his personality.

Usually I'm using tutoring to learn youngsters professionalism and to raise their determination.

As for the 3 different options:
"Role Model"-option will teach both PPM's and mental scores.

I'm not sure about the last two (I usely use role model option, but I think "Benefit"-option is for mental scores, and "Learn"-option is for PPM's.

However, it might also be that the option you choose, is involved in calculating if the tutoring will be succesfull or not. I'm not sure here.

How do people play the "Does Not Dive into Tackles" with a defender? Not sure if it is a clue to play Easy Tackling as that is how the player prefers to play the game or to set him on Hard Tackling to encourage him to be more aggressive.

I think "does not dive" is actually a good thing, which would suggest that having him on normal to hard would be good since he knows not to just dive in

I have a defender with "Does Not Dive into Tackles" and he never gets any card..well maybe 1 or 2 during a whole season.
He will generally muscle players off the ball instead of having to slide in.

Yeah, I put these sort of players on hard tackling too seeing as they don't dive in.

Would be great to know what the 'three options' do. I did a casual search of the forums and didn't find any evidence one way or another, just anecdotal suspicions....
