How do you know that the sliders are correct. ie 1-20 ? </BLOCKQUOTE>
Cleon is right u have to put manualy the numbers, i dont have the informatic skills to do a automatic tactic, this is only for orientation.
the sliders give u the number ie ment :18 pass: 3 and u put in individual intruction this values

I'm a bit lazy to download a file and have a look at it, could you explain to me how you plan to make this work, i can only surmise that you are hoping to provide templates in the form of an excel file? I'm not sure cos it sounds like, based on what Cleon said, you've made certain assumptions around ROT?

i'm not providing either tactics or templates, just values that are balanced to way you want to play.
The only diferent asumptions i made around ROT is that i think that the more wide u want to play less short passing u should play, the players are more distant for each other,
The diference between playing with a disposal of Rot to the other 2 (5x5 and 4*3*3) is that with (5x5 and 4*3*3) u get 2 or 3 diferent set of mentalitys instead of the radius theory of rot.
