i have 8 physios but want to replace them for better ones however the board only allows me to have 3 physios. should i fire those 8 and replace them by 3 better ones??? i usually have few injuries at the same time, usually 2 injuries

I am not sure if the number of physios is as important as the number of coaches so I suspect that 8 is too many.

Fire all the ones with 18 or less physiotherapy.

Then I would advise a massage and a good rub down to get the most out of them!!!!

You could try offering them new ONE year contracts with slightly better wages. This might bring down the amount of compensation due to them.
If it would still cost too much to fire them, well, at least they'll be gone in a year.

jusr fired them all spent 1 M in conpensations, but i sold some average players to conpensate that expense

You probably wont be allowed to fire them if the compensation is too high anyway.
