If I wanted to make a tactic that doesnt work it would probably look like yours. All I can see in your tactic are mistakes.

First of all you have an attack formation with defansive mentalety. You have short passing with formation that has to much space between players position. The best thing to do in your situation would be to play more direct.

Second, you are playing defansive mentalety with litle time wasting. Thats not good. At the same time you have def line high and def mentalety. That is not good either .

Third, you have targetman supply "to feet" and playing counter attack. It would be better to have him to "run on to the ball" when you playing counter attack.

Fourth, you are playing "down both flanks" with to litle width. Contradiction like everything else in your system.

I think yor tactic looks very good. Provided the player instructions are set up right and the right players it could be very effective.

If he dont use any player instructions and have everything on team instruction, he will strugle. And as I understend he IS strugling, thats why he postit in the first place. If you think his tactic look fine, why he is having problems with his tactic?

well i have no idea what kind of problem he have. he won against teams like Juve , Trabzon 4-0 ( trabzon had 0 shots on target )I would like to have problems like that
