Default Anthony Vanden Borre - The dilemma.

It seems he has all the abilities except one: Concentration. Is he worth perseverering with or dumping? If not, how do I train that stat at a more rapid rate to ensure he doesn't make so many howlers? Any suggestions will be gratefully accepted.

I don't think he's worth the effort.....Ive only had him in one game and I retrained him as an AMR where errors tend to cost the team less....I'd cash in....

I ain't got the patience for him. Always used to be the first player I'd buy, but never bother now. Don't think I could risk him in a big game. I've never found a way to improve his concentration, though I haven't looked that hard I suppose. Others might have an idea.

He's only good if you have limited money- basically he's good value for little money. But he definitely shouldn't have a first team place- at any position- for anyone wanting to contend.

I'd ditch him, he gets 6's and 7's and there are much better subs than him.

low concentration is worse for central defenders that wingbacks. AVB's never caused me much harm.

He's good in my Aston Villa team although having read this thread and thinking about it he does seem to give the ball away and make more rrors than C.Davies,Alexis and Leighton Baines.

Just wondering guys if anyone's heard of this player called Ilsino he is 22 RB/WB and i got him from Sao Paolo...looks very good attacking wise but not as good defensively as AVB....wondering weather maybe he should be getting more of a chance.
