Was having a good old spring clean the other day and came across some old Champ Man 03/04 notes. Anyhows, i came across some names of my old legends e.g. Nakata, Haining, Ortega, Welsh, Lekgetho, Then found my 3 faves.... No matter who i signed them for, from cambridge Utd to Man Utd to Juventus they would score hatfulls having signed them from lower leagues.... Lloyd Opara, Cherno Samba and derek Asamoah. Therefore, the point of this and my question to you is.... in Footy Man 07 have any of you found any players from the lower leagues, or free's that could be awsome at any level they played at?
ok, so it's not lower league in this country, but in about 2016/17 my scout came across a 16yo D/WBL called Angel Nieto from some obscure Argentinian team with better stat's than my established LB, fortunately he was also Spanish or Italian, so i got him for £350,000, now 3 years later he's a "wonderkid" worth £10m who every major European club wants to buy - but i won't sell.
Also while in Div 1 in about 2011 i signed a striker on a free from Partizan's second team called Igor Ilic who for the last 9 years has banged in goals for fun against any opposition.
Klompe and Antonsson the best centre back pairing in the 01/02 game(last one before the 2d match engine one) Also there was Joao Paiva for a free at the start was a top striker after 5 or 6 seasons. On the 01/02 the best 11 are as follows
