Try Taye Taiwo. He's excellent. Gareth Bale is sometimes available cheapish if you're lucky. Omar Esparza is a good little player. He's not the best in the world, but still pretty good. Will cost about 2-3M. Marcelo from R.Madrid has a 5.5M release clause. You might just be able to convince him to come.
He's 25, but get Pasqual. He's very good and fairly cheap. The young left backs won't be good enough yet to fill the role, but Pasqual can. If you insist on someone young, try:

btw, it's actually impossible to get Marcelo first season unless he gets unhappy. He just does not come no matter what you offer.

ive never had a bid for marcelo rejected in the first season he always comes and always for the same price 5.5 mill
