Im in my fisrt season with chelsea in january transfers now and ac milan made a bid for petr cech which i rejected of course, but now cech is unhappy and unsettled and feels he has done all he can at chelsea and wants to move on...

heres my question should i sell him or is there any way he will settle again?

If he's got a long contract, then keep him. Once you keep playing him and win a few trophies he'll be happy again. Might take the whole year, might take more. Who knows?!

But if he's got a contract of only 1 or 2 years left, sell him.

his contract runs out in 2010 ive just bought in ustari anyway but some of my players feel he is a vital part of the team would they be happy with ustari as a replacement?

how much should i be aiming to get for cech?

I was in the same situation, I sold Cech for around £25m-£30m to Milan, bought Ustari for £24m - and he's actually better than Cech. I used a scout program and have found that Ustari (in my game) has a PA of 199 and a CA of 198. Wow!

wat is all this pa and ca stuff and how can i check?

PA = Potential Ability. How good a player can be. Obviously, the higher the better.

CA = Current Ability. What level the player is at right now.

You can check this using FM Modifier. Do a google and you'll find it.

PA is a pretty random thing he might have as high as 199 pa in a game but can be also as low as 170 pa in another game.
