Go for the best coaches you are able to afford.

I find it useful to go for someone who has coach or unemployed written on their profile.

Another of Nobby's pearls of wisdom.

i find appointing Scouts as Coaches is a surefire topbanana solution.... they only ask for a piddly amount of monay, and yet often have gorgeous stats..... (e.g. Bilbo Baggins at MiddleEarth FC, and Spongebob Squarepants at Cartoon United).

i tend to lose them about 3 months later, once they've proven themselves to be fantastico... but that hardly matters, coz the current bug in EP2 means that they stay coaching at your club, even though they have moved to another club... and that is mighty nice of them i think !

A toilet may be considered a luxury for a conference side but if your managing a team like doncaster it can be vital for those long away trips to places like exeter.

I'm sure you won't regret the extra expense and it's a good way to improve team morale
