1) Matter of trying. What is 'slow' for one person is ok by another.

2) It's going to be quite a challenge bringing Singapore United to the EPL but theoretically, you as a manager should be able to hop from country to country. IIRC, this still needs some tuning. EP3?

3) Use filters, but not unrealistically so. It's OK to filter on position and price, IMHO, but not on actual stats. And only as long as the scouts are useless. As soon as that is fixed, the list becomes very grey.

I never knew this was a 'guideline'...

Thinking about it is quite realistic not to use it, although it was very very helpful when you are just looking for a player to cross the ball, while not caring about any other stats... :/

I only use the player search to find players who are transfer listed as this (as I see it) is realistic. The other features of the player search I don't think are realistic, but as Rek says it's up to you
