I'm Dutch, so I have a natural bias favouring Dutch players. Usually I simply sign good players. My absolute top players that I can remember were Danish, Italian, Greek (signed him before he IRL came to Roda in the Netherlands and plays quite well there :cool: ) and a German/Brazilian who single-handedly gave me two promotions from the Regionalliga (Germany).
