I was thinking the same, but he needs to leave the player there to prove a point. I think.

I've always said loaning players is much too easy in CM4 and this seems to be the proof in the pudding.

Not a huge porblem. At least you didn't put it in the post like sooooo many before you, at least you gave people the choice at whether to look or not

If you play the LLM way, that player is clearly out of reach anyway, so I won't be offended. It's like saying that young Liverpool poof who just scored 4 goals in one game would be a decent player.
P.S.: yes, loans in CM4 are unrealistic but it doesn't matter if you stick to the LLM ethics, just don't loan them - the small computer teams don't do it either so everything's fine.

I have had that Australian Winger on loan from Feyenord, as well as a french defender from Barca, a striker from real as well as a well known argentinian defensive midfielder also from real.

Paying no wages either which is always nice but just slightly unrealistic
