I look at persons posting history for a start, i need to see that they are fairly regular vistoirs of the CM Forum and they are mature and unlikely to cause problems in the Clan. Then being a LLM Game and LLM forum regular will also be an advantage. Then i discuss it with other members of the clan.

Basically Entry to the clan is at my discretion.
