they advise you to start a new game to fix all the bugs mentioned in EP3. So perhaps that is why you have not become a Pro team?

Although, like Ian said, nobody has played enough to have answers. The best advice i can give to you is load a new game and try it.

This only comes into effect when you start a new game.

Competitions won should appear in your profile, but some aren't due to bugs (leagues aren't but cups are, judging on the CM4GQ forum). Your stats don't change either, and probably won't even after a few more EPs... Which is sad.

I wouldn't have thought they would have offered you the job more than once, but I'll admit I'm not 100% sure on that one.
