Getting new jobs has always been tempremental in CM... keep plugging away with Halifax is my advice, you gone up consecutive seasons and are 5th in Div 2, that's pretty good in my book... Maybe Div 1 will allow the board give you some more money.

you dont have to go up anymore. even if you stay in division 2 for a couple of seasons your reputation will improve alot and you will get a new job. Dont expect a premier league job though. btw where do you find the manager rankings these days? i can see my manager points in my profile but in cm3 and maybe even cm2 there was a ranking that told me i only had 3124 places to go until i was as good as Gerrard Houllier. Wheres that gone?

Have you entered yourself as a Slovenian in the game? Therein could lie your problem... how many Slovenians do you reckon would be considered for a job in the English leagues?
