I restarted with Torquay after getting the same thing - players all leaving on a Bosman. So, first thing I did was offer all the players with expiring contracts new, well-paid ones. There are two players that, seemingly, will never accept but that's OK 'cos I replaced them with decent free/loan signings.

Torquay's main problem is the midfield though. There's just not enough decent wingers in the side. I suppose I could play Left sided sweeper or 0-0-10 but so many CPU teams play with wingers I think I'd get creamed.

Anyway, things are going OK for now (3rd in the league) and the free player I got (former Arsenal player) is just running rings round everyone. 3 months to go and I should make, at least, the playoffs.
