My first chairman at Billericay had the patience of a saint. The fans, players, manager and chairman all loved each other.
The second chairman wanted success now rather than sooner or later. So the ******* sacked me twice.

Hmm so there are both extremes... that fills me with some confidence that if I eventually move on I'll find a club with more ambition.
