In the LLM docs available on the SI site they describe bringing on new staff, but in keeping with the LLM ethic, limiting this to those that "express interest" in coming to the club. How do you find out who's actually interested? I don't see a filter or field for this anywhere (maybe it's jsut that no one is interested in joining my Serie C2/C side!). Is this a CM3 thing that's not part of CM4?

How do you find staff that are "interested"? Post #2

I wouldn't be looking to have that 'interested y/n" filter back.

While this is true, you would have other indicators in RL to see which staff is worth approaching, like their employment history. And comparing staff by their skill numbers isn't exactly realistic either. My preferred way of hiring staff would be putting an ad in the paper and let people apply for the position. You can then decide which candidate you like best.
Lacking this option I think an Interested Y/N filter would be close enough, just pretend all the interested ones responded to your ad.
