o.o He's 28.. I doubt you can change his physical stats THAT much. But it's an interesting Experiment, can't wait to see what you find out. Might want to watch his happiness though. Don't think he'd want to be on VERY HEAVY training all the time :p
I figured the same, about his age, but thought...if Big Sam can do it, why can't I
I reckon the notion of turning physically light players in their latter twenties, into more stronger players isn't unheard of in football...I mean, look at the likes of...erm...
It's got to be 100% full tilt on the physical and strengh aspect of the regime...maybe I could set the other bars to zero...knowing my luck, he'll end up losing his technical ability

This will happen anyway to a degree. It seems there is a balance to be had with players technical/physical stats.
I predict slight gains in the physical aspect coupled with losses in the technical aspects.
You need to reduce his workload to medium and see what he does. Chances are he wont improve at all 1 cos of his age and hes too bad on physical and areobic stats.
Physical attributes are more of a natural thing anyway, wheras tecnique comes through practise. It's unlikely any player of any age could improve that much on the physical side, but the technical attributes are more likely to improve more.
