You can reshape him despite him probably meeting his PA already, to what extent though I don't know.

Also his low natural fitness means his pace/acceleration will more than likely plummet when he hits 30 anyway, so might be a lost cause. Could still play him at AMC though.

| Damn, didn't take Natural Fitness into account...I hope this isn't an indication to his motivation during strengh and stamina exercises!

IIRC he can only improve so much per season anyway (3 points?) so when he's peaked training, I think you can reduce the intensity to just maintain the new stats.
I will be checking in to see how it works out, but I agree with Canabary, that I think he is too old to improve much, especially physically.
