I thought the faces didn't change, though one of my kids has just got a different haircut (his face is the same though).

Can anyone clarify...

a) is that a common occurance
b) does their appearance older throughout the game?

a) I've had that quite a few times

b) I think they do get older as that is the point in facegen being introduced - so they didn't have pictures of a man who looked about 40 for a 16 year old.

Yes. They are supposed to age through the players career. Good to see that the hair chamges as there's been a few threads stating the opposite.
