Whot means numbers -6 , -7..etc in potencial for players ?
Yes, I know it means certain ranges eq. 100-105, but which numbers means what ?

The scale goes from -1 to -10, -10 being the best. Dont know the exact range for each number. Maybe its explained in the editors forum?

and I have another question - if player (or club) have 0 - it means it can be totaly random ? from -1 to -10 for players and interesing numbers for teams (finances, reputation...etc) ?
