Has anybody noticed the amount of 'he didn't mean that' goals?

The ones where it seems to hit him and go in from corners (usually about a foot to the right of the near post) and also the amount of crosses that just go in?

I wanted to post last week but have just kept watching and it does seem to happen a lot.

I think it just appears to be an error in the text displayed from a near-post flick on in the BETA patch, and that it's not a problem in the match engine itself.

I had one that really annoyed me. Playing as Aberdeen, GK Langfield let a free kick past him. Nothing wrong with that, you might think. But this free kick came from the opposition half. Think the commentary said something like "Langfield will have to take the blame for that. He came for the ball and missed." Only happened once though.
