Just starting dafuge's challenge, and I noticed this was England's final position.

Even stranger was this.

You might want to run this by the bugs forum, you would really expect failure to qualify when managing one of the powerhouses (actual or historical) to result in a P45 being issued.

Heh, same in my game. England failed to qualify but McClowns position is still safe.
