how can i get players to tutor/be tutored in my team?

i know it should be obvious, i'v had a quick flick through the manual and couldnt see it,

Open the player profile for the player you wish to receive tutoring.

Select the player interaction option.

There should be a list of options to choose from, three being the suggestion that the player learns from another. Select one of these, and the player you wish him to learn from (from the drop down list at the bottom of the screen) and press confirm.

The player you wish to be tutoredmust be under 20 I believe, whilst the tutor must be 21 or older.

I usually go to a youngsters profile and head on to player interaction, and at the bottom of the screen is "Linked players". Can't miss it!

At least that's one way to do it!
