Very few youth players IRL will ever make it anywhere near to the first team, with this being the case from teams from Man Utd to Wrexham. All teams need to have youth players coming through their ranks, so for all youth teams to be producing youngsters with PA's of 90 or more would mean that it would be easy for lower league teams just to build teams entirley from their own youth players. Having low PA youth players makes the game more realistic.

Well,I released my 19 year old youth players on free at the end of the season since I got a fresh new generation...

It was the first time that someone signed them...Those were German lower league clubs,possibly because they were all stuffed with gray players...
