Default To start all over again or not start all over again

I am not asking for you to decide for me I can make my own mind up. Just intersted on what you would do.

*Note this isn't a patch related thread.

What I am trying to explain is, when you have a eurika moment, or stumbled on a thread that you found usefull, and would like to impliment the tactics in your game. Would you start all over again, or do you stay as you are and battle yourself back into good form.

I started the game as unemployed. After several months I got the York city job. In the first season I got them promoted to League 2, I would would of been happy if I they came 2nd or even 3rd, in the conference I'm patient enough.

But moving up a division is much tougher. I stumbled on various threads where you assign a more in depth individual and team settings/tactics, I don't download them I just try out other people suggestions from time to time.

As I'm currently in Mid February in 2009, would starting all over again, knowing that you are a much better manager/tacticion, as you've stumbled upon much better tactis as your more knowledgable. Would you continue your current game, untill you got sacked, or would you stick with it untill you created the next super team battling all the way to the Champions League?
