ive downloaded the fm patch 8 0 1
but id like to know where abouts in the football manager folder do i put the patch??

It should download as an exe file. You just click it and it installs itself.

You don't need to put it anywhere. Just double click the shortcut/icon for the patch and it will update itself

Download the patch to your desktop, close the game and click on the patch icon and it will self install.
