How can i help new signings settle in?

I have recently signed 3 south american players within 5 games all 3 are cant settle in the area, despite starting all 5 games!

Any advice.

They usually settle after a while, and I've never seen any real problems actually arrive from this.

However, signing another player of the same nationality supposedly helps. Other than that, there's little you can do.

Ask them to reccomend a possible staff member, then sign him. I believe it can help.
