Can anyone tell me, why is it that on my football manager 2008, Englanf are in the Copa America???

this is no word of a lie. Me and all my other mates were shckoed wen i was managing England and in 2010 there in the semi-finals of the COPA AMERICA. This is definatley football manager 08, which francly is the best managerial game ever.

The Copa America sometimes invites teams (Japan and USA in real life) to the tournament.

In your case is is England. Makes sense since they can't qualify for their continent tournament.

Sometimes, teams outside America get invited for wider coverage, Japan were invited some years ago.
