I have a very big problem.
After the first season in fm08, my players are stopped getting better.
In the first season all of my players, incl. wonderkids, develop their skills pretty fast, because I had made some good schedules and I had some good coaches.
But then the following season my players stopped developing their skills, incl. some of the young talents, which had big potentiels.
Now I am in 2010 and since the first season none of my players have develop.
Please help me!
I am really frustrated and seriously thinking about quitting fm08! - What a terrible thought!
if you've been on holiday your coaches might have gone down or your coaches have changed your training scheldue or if their morale is not so good they could be getting bad ratigs so no improvment.
Waste of talent!
