i downloaded soem pics of sortisout.net whatever it is called. And it won't work? is it because i have WSm

No FM graphics are compatible with WSM.
Make sure you have:
- Turned off skin cache and restarted FM.
- Followed the readme and installed the graphics in the correct place.

Yes, downloaded content like skins and graphics will work in both Worldwide Soccer Manager and Football Manager as they are essentially the same thing.
