I can't see anything in the threads at the top of the page, so...a few questions

Do they have to be 95 x 95 pixels? As some facepacks I have downloaded have been larger?

How do I link the picture to a player? I have created my own team, so do I just call the file name of the picture by the player ID?

Also, how do I create a config file and it is essential?

Any help greatly appreciated

How to make facepacks and configs for them is explained in this post located at the top of the forum:

Facepacks Have to be 95x95 unless you have the large faces mod (I expect is in a thread here somewhere).

Configs are also essential, otherwise the game won't show the pic.

You'll also need to turn off the skin cache in the preferences menu when you first put your faces in the game.
