Logo's: CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\logos\Club Or Comp depending On What Logo's You have

Kits: CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\kits\Club Or International depending on what kits you have

Backgrounds: CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2006\data\graphics\pictures\backgrounds

Plus if the author is sensible then they will include a readme.txt file which will tell you exactly where to put things.

yes reload your game or choose another skin
that will also update all xml files
