and make sure when you start game go to preferences and click sound and graphics,then untick skin cache but tick always reload skin option.

There isnt a normal folder in there!! just flags kits logos and players and a config file!!

sorry mate my fault,for players click players and then put your players in there countries folder,if you dont have a ita or spa or ger(countries) folder just make one.
The same for logos,kits etc
