Does anyone know if there is a retain players ddt that retains all the best youngsters from around the world.

I only play with the English leagues loaded and I dont want to retain each and every nation just so the players are there because my pc isnt too good and I dont want to wait a few days while it loads and processes the game. Just a simple DDT file that has the cream of the youngsters.

The majority of the best youngsters would already be included, I would think most of them have a high enough reputation.
