that will be your current balance or transfer funds, check what it falls under. If its for balance, its to represent that that club basically has no money, and any further expenses will push the club into the red.
with transfers, just change the players club, if you wish to edit the specifics (ie wages, contract history etc) you can, but you do not need to.
