Most transfer updates have the German fix. If you don't use one of these, go to thedugout.net as they have a fix available for download.
Don't know of any other league where this is an issue.

Yeah how do we change Japan because in the inc file it says fake team Germany so that can be changed but not Japan so what needs to be done?
