OK, i hope this works this time, i'm not in need of anger managmeant like some... so rather than ratings because they don't tell us much about each update... just give us a small bit of information about each one... i will help you all understand by start with the only update i've tested so far.
Transfers: Some easy ones missing, they have managed to do some final day signings and miss more obvious ones such as Danny Murphy to Tottenham, only contains bigger transfers... lower league with only the odd random move.
Player Stats: Non have been edited as far as i can see.
Overall: Still needs alot of work, if your up for adding a few changes on the editor and only want to play top league football this update should do for you, overall i don't rate it though.
Transfers: Comprehensive transfers from around the world including loan deals up to the 2nd of February 2006. Lower league transfers are, in general, complete down to the Ryman League .
Manager and player contracts have been altered accordingly including Graeme Souness' departure from Newcastle.
Player Stats: Haven't really noticed any changes in attributes but it appears some patential abilities etc have been increased.
New non/player staff have been added to the database.
Overall: A superb update which contains all the major aspects one should include whilst not overlooking the lower/lesser leagues and nations.
Plus as an added bonus; it includes correct competition and team names from McDoul's fake lnc file

I'm praying I don't get shouted at for being marginally 'off-topic' andnot strictly posting my thoughts on an update (I too have suffered at sgtillz's wrath) but - does this one cover European updates as well??
* Transfers and Loans upto and including February 2nd 2006.
- English moves from Premiership down to the Ryman League, this update
also includes lots of non-league transfers.
- Transfers and loans from abroad including Scotland, Italy, Spain, Norway
and more..
* All new player and staff contracts.
* Correct competition names (newer version since v1)
* Some players and staff added such as Alexandre Gaydamak (Portsmouth),
Carlos Vela (Arsenal), Temi (highly rated Derby youngster), Ben
Hutchinson (Middlesbrough).
From what i've seen so far in my game, very much so. Chuffed to see that the deadline day Scottish transfers and loans had been done.
