well what i have done is swap (using the function in the editor, tried it manually but the game didnt like that AT ALL!) the good scottish and belgian teams for the lower dutch teams to make a 'north sea league', changed the names and co-efficients etc to reflect this, have only played half a season so cant guarantee it works but no problems yet. Thats probably your best option - swapping teams from another nation. holland and scotland is a good swap cos both have 'closed' leagues (only about 40 league teams) and if u want an 'improved' scottish league, the dutch co-efficicent and prize money is better than the scottish too. It would show rangers as from Holland and Ajax from Scotland etc, but if you keep their city of origin as the original they should still produce home-grown players from their real home nation. Like i say, cant guarantee it works but im giving it a go too, so best of luck!
