I'm sure if you posted you current instruction someone might be able to help? With out knowing the instruction the best thing that i would say you try is reducing mentality so that there closer to MC's to provide more passing opportunities
Just based on my general observation, wingers seem to be the stupidest players in terms of decision-making. Not stat-wise, mind you, but just in the match engine. They always seem to take outrageous touches and attempt crazy dribbles that hardly even work. I've had this problem with Wigan, Portsmouth, Man Utd, and the list goes on.

my wingers are awesome dribblers but their decisions can sometimes leave me baffled.
My AML and AMR plays an season aavr. Raing of 7.10-7.25 and my AMC plays about 7.40. Is that a normal rating, when I am winning everything and have players like M.Fernandez,Vicente,Guardado,Pedro Leon and Joaquin?
