Hi guys,

I'm on my 12th season with Brindisi in the Italian League. In 5 years I took the team from C2/A upto the Serie A. I've been hanging on to the Serie A for 7 seasons, and this season I managed to qualify for the UEFA cup.

All of a sudden, I simply can't get one single tactic to work. On occasions I can't even get my team to get a shot toward goal

I still can get to Understand the mentality factor. I've tried all sort of things, but individul mentality simply doesn't work as the book states. I tried with the defence, I put my back four mentalities 2 to Ultra Def and 2 to AOA. On the pitch there wasn't any evidence that individual mentality effects the individual where to line up in respect to say the back line.

I'm using a 4-3-1-2 (ML MC MR), my players are literally playing like headless chickens. I've tried all sorts of mentality/passing/CF configurations, but ALAS. Its becoming bloody frustrating

Please help, before I literally delete FM2007 from my PC and throw the CD in the garbage.
