What are the benefits of getting a player to tutor a younger one ?
Does it have any affect on the older player ?
And does the younger player actually improve?

ive stopped doing it, got sick of players falling out after their tutorial period :p

just try to match player personality...don't put an ambitious and a loyal guy together...also professional and ligh hearted etc...it will work out fine
