Default Help to build my new team (Högaborgs BK)
I'm playing lower league manager. I got sacked from Finnish 1st division MP and finally got a new job in Sweden. My new team is Högaborgs BK (2nd division). Wagebudjet is little over 5,000 euros /week. Much more than in my previous team. But I need help from YOU to build my team. I plan to stay at the club 1-2 years before moving to another team.

What tactic should I use?

I'm thinking to use defending 4-1-3-1 tactic, but I'm not sure yet.
