Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default whats the difference

between medium and heavy or very heavy.

ive been trying to figure this out for a month but still don't see any.

when i schedule my training as heavy or very heavy, the stats seem like going up a little bit for a while but from about 3/4 to the end of the season, players get worse than normal. medium training is also pretty much same as well. even though i get their current potential back in the pre season, i want to see some progress, not a standstill.

i just can't find it. could any expert give me a clue. please.

Heavy training is only suggested for pre-season and therafter the best setting is the last notch of medium. Heavy training will have an immediate impact but leaves the players susceptible to injuries and fatigue in the latter parts of the serason.

Anywhere in the medium range is better for long term success with training, the heavier the schedule the more neagtive impact they have long term. Players begin to suffer with fatigue, injuries, burn out, over training etc.
