Just finished my first season with Barca.

I played a 4-3-3

I finished second to Valencia but got thumped in the big away games(Real,valencia,Athletico,Villareal)

I play slow tempo and short passing with the rest set to 10.Passing down both flanks.

How can I stop these embarrasing away results ?

I seem to dry up on the goals front and conceed heavily.

I suspect that your formation is too artacking for away games against good teams where your 3 midfielders will be over-run. Try either a straight 4-4-2 with one of the midfielders with a back arrow or 4-1-3-2 with a DM and this will tighten up the defence.
