i have created custom training schedules for every position. all the work loads are on heavy but ever player says he is happy with current training schedule. does this mean everything is fine and my players aint tiring?
Heavy training workload is fine at the start of the season but really should be pulled back to medium before Xmas. Continued heavy training will encourage more injuries, tiredness, burn out, fatigue and jadedness problems in the second half of the season.

I am in agreement with whats been said so far...Id only run heavy training from July, until maybe end of September and then cut back to 1 over the medium point...You'll still suffer with injuries but they wont be as heavy.
How are the players responding to the training? I mean in terms of their stats?
first 3 month stats went up by two points on every attribute but then by the next two months they had gone back down by one so in effect they have all increased by 1.
going back to what fraz t said. are there any hidden attributes because fatigue is alright same as fitness, stamina, but there does seem to be some injuries

Every player has an injury proneness hideen attrinute...
I would keep the training but drop it to 1 notch over medium...Remember you can do this on the overall slider and then when you have that in place move one of the training attributes up a notch...You should then see the overall one drop a couple more notches, so you can play about with it a bit more.
